Your preferred .40SW defensive ammo?

I just bought an FNP .40 and i'm so pumped! I was wondering what you all use as your defensive ammo for your .40 pistols. Not looking for high velocity/+p stuff, but want good expansion. Any suggestions?

imo just try the SD round that works perfect in your particular .40 (9mm, 45, etc), then run a few hundred rounds of it to make sure no hickups, then you're good to go. Most all name brand SD ammo is pretty good quality.
