    Walther P22lr

Well went to the range yesterday and am having trouble with failure to feed ,it happens two to three times with every mag that I have . I am using Fed 36gr copper coated hollow points. Any ideas?? I have one Walther mag and the rest aftermarket ( keep on shooting). Some of the rounds the tip is on the ramp and some do not make it out of the mag. Empty chamber . Thanks

I have the KeepShooting mags as well and I have had zero issues. Have you tried CCI Mini Mags? I have had just about a perfect record with them.

CCI mini mags work best in mine. I have never tried aftermarket mags.

Also did you clean the gun before you shot it? Mine came with so much lube I had an issue but I field stripped it and didn't apply lube like I was trying to shove an oak tree down a straw hole and it worked perfectly since then.

Yep cleaned it when I got it and when I got home after the range , forgot to mention when I got home from the range I found the screw that holds the barrel base loose like backed out where the screw head was not even making contact but not sure that would be an issue??. Also I think I will try another type of round maybe go with a 40 gr and see what happens??

Cci blazer bulk works like a champ in mine and many others.

I just did a post yesterday about my last trip out with mine. CCI makes ammo designed for the AR15 22 conversions and so far it's the only ammo to date that has run 100% in mine.
Lord, make my hand fast and accurate.
Let my aim be true and my hand faster
than those who would seek to destroy me.
Grant me victory over my foes and those who wish to do harm to me and mine.
Let not my last thought be 'If I only had my gun."
And Lord, if today is truly the day you call me home, let me die in an empty pile of brass.

The ammo has to be hi-velocity for the gun to cycle correctly. It states that clearly in the manual.

What? Gun owners are supposed to read the owners manual before using the gun? That's just pure crazyness!

Zero issues with mine, whether Remington Bulk Pack, Winchester Bulk pack or CCI Blazers. I use factory-mags only.

Yep, mine was fine with CCI Mini Mags as well, and after the first 300 rounds of these, it would shoot most anything but Remington ammo. It was not accurate enough for me so I traded it in on a Browning 1911 .22 A1.

My friend bought one back in 2006, while cool looking, in all fairness I was not very fond of it.

For the price, a Ruger Mk III would be a far better choice.
