Nice shooting. I shot one of these at the range after the gentleman picked it up after his 10 day wait. I commented on his new gun and after he put the first mag through it he offered to let me try it out. The trigger was very nice right out of the box. I got that kind of group at 7 yards, so your 21 yard target was even more impressive. Congrats on a nice gun.

Very impressive shooting from 21 yards. I am curious about the stock trigger feeling sloppy and gritty, though. The couple of Sig 1911s I've handled, including my own, felt pretty smooth. Either way, the problem seems to be solved and appears to be working rather well for you.

I have a Sig 1911 XO about 800 rounds from it. Being. Gritty trigger is hardly how I would describe mine. Mine is very crisp, and in fact my favorite trigger of my handguns. Though I do not like how it looks, IDE rather have a skeletonize one. But no need to replace it if it works fine in my opinion.

I've got to think that mine was just a bad one, because so many people have said how crisp theirs was. Hmmm, oh well, I'm super happy with it now. It's my new favorite(until next weekend when the GSSF is at Raahauges in Norco, then my Glock 22 is my favorite again.)

Forget your beautiful new gun, where did you learn to shoot like that? I need lessons, my handgun aim leaves a lot to be desired. Guess that comes from 15 years of clays shooting where I have to be loose. Good for shotguns, lousy for handguns.
