Easy magazine question

Hey everybody I've got an easy newb question. I'm at the folks house for the holidays and while I'm up here I bought a couple 10 round mags, and a couple mag pouches for USPSA. The reason I'm posting here is because I just wanted to double check that I wouldn't be doing anything illegal by taking them back home with me(home is in California).

Any thoughts?

If they are under ten rounds in capacity they are not restricted in any way, and the mag pouches are a non-issue.

10 round mags are 110% legal in California. Anything greater should be broken down into magazine parts and never assembled into a complete magazine in California.

There is a 10 day wait on mag pouches though ....................... just kidding
