Colt MK IV series 80 Mustang

I am not real familiar with handguns, so I would like to have some advice. I have the opportunity to get a Colt MK IV series 80 Mustang for $400. I haven't actually had the chance to check it out in person yet. It's not exactly what I was looking for, but it seems like a pretty good deal.

Please take a look at the picture and let me know what do you think, good deal or not?

Is this a model that is prone to problems?

$400 is a steal. I own the same model and no problem whatsoever.

A buddy of mine has one that he got for $640 and I thought that was a deal lol. He seems to really like the gun so I would grab it at that price. Even if you don't like it you could make a few bucks off selling it.
