    Sig 1911 TacOps

I put one in jail today, any issues I should look out for when I take it out? It seems like a pretty sweet deal, 2 mags a laser and holster for $879.

Give it a cleaning and lube first. My Sig 1911 took a little time for everything to break in, but it runs great now after a couple hundred rounds. So don't get too worried with the occasional hiccup.
The actual value of above $.02 is less than $.01 after taxes.

I see you're from SD. Mind if I ask you which shop you got it from? $879 seems like a great price!

Congrats. I just paid $904 out the door for mine. It would fail to feed during the first fifty rounds but runs perfect now, it'll take steel cased, fmj, and hollow points no problem.

I went to Fine Firearms in La Mesa. It was $950 otd. If you search thier buisness name on here there are a few threads about thier poor service etc. I knew this going in, however I have not had an issue with thier service so far. Thier prices on some guns are a bit high, but the Sigs are in line with other dealers.

Fine Firearms is where I bought my Sig as well. I never had any problems with CS there. In fact, its one of the best shops I've been to as far as CS, which is what made me buy mine there.

It sounds like he got the TacPac, not the TacOps. Basically, it is the same gun, but the TacOps has night-sights, ambi safety, and a magwell. All internals/barrel are the same.

I have the Nitron Rail model, which has night sights and came with wood grips(now have Ergo grips like the Tac models), its a great shooter. I think the Sigs look great, too.

Still got a good deal. I was wanting one of those but they were out of stock everywhere in SD when I bought mine.

The 1911 TacOps are not on the roster, did you do the SSE?
