    Glockmeister sight tool

I'm planning on buying some TruGlo TFO night sights for my Glock and with installation it would cost me around $150 or so from a gunsmith but $185 from Glockmeister with the tool and TFO sight...Do you guys think it's worth it if i just buy the Glockmeister sight tool with the Truglo TFO sights instead of having a gunsmith install it...I saw a video on youtube on how to install the TruGlo sights and it looked really easy...Plus i can always adjust my sight if i wanted...Anyone have any experience with the Glockmeister sight tool for Glock? Here's the one im looking at...

I think it's a good investment if you have more than one Glock or if you plan to swap sights often. If you have some friends that own Glocks, you can split the cost of the sight tool with them so you all can swap your sights out.

You are getting bent over if a set of Tru Glow sights cost $150 after install. It takes 5 minutes to install sights on a Glock, and most Glock armorers do it free if you buy the sights from them, or at most charge $10 if you bring them in.

              I would look elsewhere...

I have the Glockmeister sight tool. I will be happy to let you borrow it if a) you swear you'll send it back within a couple of weeks, and b) you pay for shipping (about $10 for Priority Mail both ways).

BTW, Glock sights are disgustingly easy to install.

It's made by a fellow calgunner. Works great and is only $52 shipped. Great to have in the tool kit!

And Botach is a great dealer, good customer service.

Wow, I just used a hammer, a Dawson Sight Punch, and an armorers block. The Dawson Sight punch is aluminum with a nylon end. Took like 5 minutes to do both sights.

My local gun store installs sights for free if you buy from them.

yeah i know what you mean..but the truglo tfo sights can get damaged easily that's why you need the tool...if it was just trijicon sights or meprolights than i totally would use a punch tool...
