    glock question

My sister wants a 26 (baby glock), my question is can she get gen4. My friend said that in cali you can only have gen3's. I know theres ways around off roster, im not looking for that. Thanks

If you don't want to get one via SSE (Single Shot Exemption) try finding a used one. Goodluck tho. SSE would be the easiest way. In all honesty 3rd gens are just as good, if not better (more proven)...

It's perfectly legal to own a gen4 glock. It's just not easily possible to buy one unless you a) buy it used b) as a single shot exemption or c) are law enforcement.

Another way is if you have a parent that lives out of state, they can buy it and transfer it to her.

At the time of transfer, yes.

Sure thing. I'm actually looking into a G26 or G27 right now for CCW. Atleast living in Sacramento is good for something!
