    surefire light adapter mount

Anyone tried these light mount adapters for pistols that dont have rails? Do they seem solid for the most part? Do I have to use surefire lights on it?

Yes, I have one on my duty weapon (Beretta 92 FS). It is extremely solid, and yes, I also have the Surefire X300 mounted.

He is an anti-gun guy and he said. "Well, you can't eat ammunition". I replied with "When I'm starving to death with a case of ammunition, who's door do you think I am going to knock on?"

I was thinking of grabbing one for my W. German p226 and my buddy has a RIA 1911 and wanted one. it appears they do some common models.

Hey guys, so I just found this, http://www.surefire.com/MR14-Mounting-Rail.

It sounds like this will be the ticket. Does it only fit surefires or 1913 rails in general?

I may just buy myself a surefire this time around to try out again.

I emailed Surefire about the MR07 that is for a 1911, and they said it mounts any light like a normal rail would.

You'd be good to go with any light. What kind of pistol are you mounting this on?

West German p226. I'm wondering how it wants me to measure the trigger guard for the selection since there's two.
