Help me pass the time for the next ten days

Couldn't pass up on turners sale and put XD-9 in jail today, $419 was too good to pass up. Boo on ten day waiting periods. Guess I'll just fondle the other goodies in my safe for now :-(

Heard these guys are pretty good, sure do love my Glock 22 so hopefully the XD won't disappoint.

I'm in the same boat. My p99 got to shop yesterday and they didn't start dros till today. So Tuesday the 7th(or 6th?) at 12 noon. Long 10 days indeed but one down.

Yea I get to pick it up march 6, feels really nice in my hand, dare i say more ergo then the glock, but I really love my glock, almost feel bad about liking the XD more ha. Mainly got it for the gf, whenever we go to the range she hates the snap of the .40 and won't shoot it, figures the 9mm would be something fun for her.

Well glad I'm not alone on the slip ups. I luckily have 4 mags coming, 2 Monday and 2 Tuesday. A boresnake viper Monday. A car part and uplula loader somtime this week. So all the deliveries will help ease the time. I already have 300 target rounds and 20 home defense in my safe with hopped cleaning kit. This is my first gun so I have gone a little crazy. My wife is looking at a sr9c so this week I help her study could pass time

Luckily i have other toys, but since funds are low at the moment no ammo, will have to settle for fondling them instead.

Accessorie purchases, the cure to the ten day wait! lol ..That's what I do when I have something in DROS, and it doe's help the time go by faster. Also helps if you have other guns to shoot. Or research your new purchase.
