The Ruger is likely a better pants pocket pistol as it has less edges and protrusions that the Mustang.
The Mustang is far more shootable and better from a holster.
The Sig is a copy of the Mustang.

I know it was not on your list but I carry a Sig 232 in .380 and it is a wonderful piece. Very accurate and feeds well. Finely made gun.

I really liked the 232 that the range I worked at used to rent. Other than that, I don't have a lot of expeience with .380s but, I've got a .380 Hi Point in jail right now.

I vote for the Mustang because I have one. Slim and reliable. Doesn't hurt that it has some collector value.

Ruger 380 LCP! A very reliable and affordable pocket carry.

                    LCP

Very easy for me to shoot. Don't know why so many people complain about it, and I have some big hangs.

I've had a P230 for many years and have complete confidence in it. But it's not a pocket gun, it really needs a holster.

From the OP's list, I'd go with the LCP for the same reasons noted by [b]ojisan[/i]

Not on list but Kahr P380.
                          Why?
                          Not blow back design.
                          Very accurate.
                          Super small/light, great for ccw.
After some initial issues, Kahr made it right, now totally reliable.
On my permit, totally trust it and love shooting it.
Approx 1500+ rounds and still love shooting it.

not a pocket gun... but i'd go with w german Sig Sauer P230 or P230SL. for one that i don't own, i'd be interested in having a Seecamp.
