    Day Planner Carry Case

Any suggestions regarding a carry case with a "day planner" appearance? I bought one from Dillon, it unfortunately (and surprisingly) is flimsy as heck and relies on velcro to hold things fast. I've seen the Galco and that's more to my liking - anything else out there?

Buy the real office planner with zipper from Staple or Office Depot. Remove all the craps (inserts).

Thanks for the info, should have mentioned I'm looking for leather finished rather than nylon and a stretch band type "holster" permanently stitched in rather than one held in by velcro.

            My "organizer"

...tore the spine out, used some DT for the mags loop, added a little luggage combo lock, and my G19 fits in there perfectly:

I've had this re-purposed planner for years...these days, the "netbook" covers look like a good option to use as well, some even have the combo built in.

            Cheers

Oceanbob has the netbook case that I will get for myself. I think it's the best fit, IMO.

There was a real good-looking one on Shooting USA last night, the 2012 SHOT show show. (No, that's not a typo). No idea who makes it, but it is reportedly very well built and can still hold a day planner as well as your auto. It's just a bit deeper to anyone looking at it.

I saw that one also. Looked very good. Was actually a full day planner with an additional zipper compartment holding a FS Semi + 1 additional mag.

                  Don't remember the Mfg.
