Interstate Transfer

I have a Colt Gold Cup that my brother, a Nevada resident, has been wanting for a long time. I decided to give it to him as a Christmas gift.

To get that done, is the proper procedure to contact an FFL holder in Nevada to handle the transfer or do I have to contact one here in Kalifornia as well?

My plan is to bring the Gold Cup to Nevada and take care of it there, it that's all I need to do.

Just find an FFL in NV who is close to your bro and willing to receive from a non-FFL (most are willing).
