Question about the P30LS

Does this model come with Standard with an LEM trigger or is it an option?

Depends on the Variant. (so no, not really, but HK doesn’t standardize on anything...)
HKP30s:
V0 = DA/SA - decocker
V1 = LEM or what’s now called “CDA”
V2 = LEM
V3 = DA/SA
V4 = LEM
V5 = DAO

The HKP30L in LEM was considered for import, but I don’t think it made it. You can buy the LEM parts and convert it though.

i think standard for LS model is V3, for the P30, DA/SA w/safety...

not sure if Ubermcoupe, is correct about the P30L being imported...hope he's wrong...i'd like to get a "L" model one day

OK, sorry, bad reading skills on my part...Ubermcoupe, may be correct, i think they're only importing the DA/SA, you may have to do the conversion yourself.

Well, from what I gathered over @ HKPro, the p30L in LEM is not currently available from HK directly, you can buy a P30L and add/change the trigger system to LEM but you cannot buy a p30L LEM in the US from HK. Hopefully that will change.

I am by no means an expert in LEM because all the HKs I owe are V1s.

i don't know about the p30ls, but for the p30, the V2 version (LEM only) is available in the US.

I own a few HKs (all DA/SA) and have fired several LEM guns---I personally prefer the DA/SA system, but could easily accept the LEM as well---it's all in what you become used to.
