    That's pretty cool man, I've always wondered how a stippled firearm like this would feel even on sweaty hands.

      Took it out today in the rain and hail. The stippling made a huge difference with and without gloves. Didnt hurt or anything and help tight I will do this again I love it.

      Only one problem . . . . . . . scratches the hell out of my side when conceal carry lol oh well live and learn.

                  Thanks for the range report!

                  I was thinking the same thing about the conceal thing. One more question, did you just use the iron and that was all? And sanding to smooth out any super rough/sharp spots?

                    The problem with the S&W M&P pistols is when they become slippery. The traction on the grip is not there if your palms begin to sweat. I had to stiple my MP as well so the gun wouldn't slip around. I'll post a pic as soon as I can figure out my phone.

                      I just stippled it but did not sand it i figured it would be too smooth. I think I may have to sand it now though because it is really rough to conceal it.
