I'm also waiting for my 30 days so I can DROS another handgun I bought. My FFL said they recently had a DROS denied that was done on the 30th day. The original DROS was done in the morning 30 days prior and the new one which was done in the afternoon of the 30th day was denied.
They highly recommended that I DROS the new handgun on the 31st day. Anyone heard of this happening? I forgot to ask if the customer had to pay for a 2nd DROS filing.Comment
