Yep. Doesn't count unless you show the hits and you're running on a clock. I've run the FAST drill. 3.56 seconds is amazing.

Many youtube videos out there showing people shooting "fast" but never show the target.

As far as carrying a round in the chamber it depends on you training. Israeli's carry that way but they are trained for it.

I don't care how much "hand to hand combat" experience you have. If someone has a knife, you're getting cut.
In the Marine Corps and in the Police academy, you are taught that if you go up against someone with a knife, you're getting cut.

Decent draw, but IMO that's not really quick when compared to others I've seen in a concealed weapons course.
