    My newly completed toy...

Well, first off. Thanks to the wonderful community of calguns, I have learned a lot since I've joined. I also like to thank dirtyj who I was able to obtain the stripped lower from via PPT. I can't forget the FFL who DROS'd the stripped lower(LG Firearms). I've contacted a few FFL's in Sacramento and no one would budge if "pistol" wasn't engraved but LG Firearms had my back and I highly recommend them to anyone who hasn't gone through them. I was able to get the upper locally for a decent price(Luis from ar15gearsofwar.com). Okay, enough reading now...

    Lower: SI Defense
    LPK: Stag
    Buffer system: Phase 5 Tactical
    Upper: Aero Precision
    Handguard: Troy TRX 7.6
    Gas block: YHM low profile
    BCG: Spikes
    Sights: MBUS Gen2
    Mag lock: Prince50 BB

I'm not sure what the muzzle device is but it was cool looking and close enough to Noveske's KX3. I'm still waiting on my Trijicon RMR and MS3 sling to get here and for magpul to release the xtm hand stop .

Edit: Range report coming soon.. Probably next week, I can't wait...

Nice! I'm loving the Phase 5 buffer, I put the foam just under my cheekbone, and don't try to "shoulder" the buffer & she's steady as a rock. Have fun!!

I was trying that and it seemed pretty steady. The buffer tube is too short for shouldering.

Looks great. I have beeen trying to find extra time to build one too. I will probably just do the 80% lower route.

Are you going to run the RMR just on top of your rail? (ie not on top of an ACOG)

If so, sounds like a cool setup. Would love to see pics of it! Were you going with the regular or lo-pro mount?
Yellowfin: The 2A in its true intent of what it protects can be summed up in one word: parity. Self defense means self defense from ANYTHING, and parity is being on level playing field with whatever threat may be.

Yes the RMR on the rail only. I ordered both the low and high mounts so I'll see which one is best for this setup.
