    1911 day at the range...

    Any day shooting is a good day. This little Springfield Armory Compact .45 is a great shooter. I traded a rifle for it and don't know the history but I suspect it was tuned by a highly competent individual. I can shoot it almost as good as the STI Targetmaster 6.0 9mm I also shot today. 50 rounds each at 21 ft. I wish I could shoot better so i could move the target back further but i don't see these old eyes getting any better in the future, that is for sure.

          Congrats on your Springfield purchase. I love mine. I hear you on the ol' vision dilemma. My eye sight isn't what it used to be
