I'm sure this has been discussed before but I can't find what I'm looking for..
A friend is going to give me a hand gun that he got from a friend who passed away. His friends wife gave it to my friend after the death. He never put the hand gun in his name.
Will there be a problem when we go into a FFL and do a PPT transfer?
