    reno gun sales

Been to the Reno show as some of you have. If I take a handgun that is DROS'ed to me here in California to sell there ,must the sale go through a Nevada FFL. Or can I sell face to face (cash and carry)and send the report of sale to DOJ thus removing the firearm from my name ?

If this should be in the politics and law forum please move. I was not sure myself.

    Thanks

MUST proceed through FFL...NO FTF on ANYTHING that be a gun.....unless you have a 03 for rifles or an 01 yourself.

edit....... That is all for you to BUY.....to sell? I think you might still need an FFL there.....

3.)Remember...Buy it cheap & stack it deep

Any post 1898 handgun crossing state lines (ie one resident selling to a resident of another state) MUST go thru a FFL holder. No exceptions to handguns, Federal law.

That's correct. Transfers of firearms between residents of different States require an FFL be involved. For handguns, the FFL must be in the buyer's State.
