Rossi 971 info.

Do any of you guy's know what model S&W the Rossi 971 resembles I know it's a copy of one of them. I am looking for some new grips, if something comes close that may have to do. Looking at Hogue rubber grips. Thanks

Copy does not mean the grips will fit. A little reading indicates that the 971 is a K frame on a J frame grip. Good luck.

I use to have a rossi 971 and I don't think s&w grips fit. If yours has wood grips there are also rossi rubber grips for that gun. Here's some on ebay. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Rossi-Grips-...item3cc1564b59

It does have wood grips. Thanks for the ebay deal just not what I want tho. I will try different S&W grips somethings bound to work!
