M&P9 range and carry kit?

So I'm looking at another sidearm, and I was really looking at the m&p9. I have shot the 45 and loved it. Looking at the website it shows they make a carry and range kit. Is it possible to get one of those kits in California?

If it's just a kit without the pistol, then why not.

Sadly it includes the pistol. The only version they list on the sight is a 10+1 MA compliant kit.
