    Direction for rear sight adjustment

One of my guns, the bullets are impacting to the right of aim. I want to adjust the rear sight so it'll shoot a little left.

Which direction do I move the sight? looking down the slide from rear to front as if I was aiming the gun

Move it the direction you want the grouping to go.. In this case left. Assuming you have shot from a rest and you are sure it's the gun and not you that is

Rear sight moves in the direction you want the bullet's impact to go.

Adjustable front sights move in the opposite direction of impact.

But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself...A murderer is less to fear. The traitor is the plague."......Cicero
