Hard Training Rounds

Ive never used these cheap-o training rounds, I got them for my female friends Im training because they were the only ones in stock. Should I be worried that these will damage my firing pin or anything else? Hard to explain how hard they are, just solid plastic:

These are also referred to as "dummy rounds". They should not damage your firing pin or anything else.

I don't like the plastic dummies, because your extractor will have a tendency to rip off chunks of plastic which can lodge in your weapon. Spend the extra money on the metal rimmed snap caps, they're not expensive.
