38 single stack with an underbite.

Gun started life as a springfield WWII reblue/parts gun.

SV slide, Tri-Glide internals, a Limcat comp (w/port on bottom- neat thing), and Barsto Bbl, and some TLC and finesse and machine work. The "gills" are going to be removed from the mount... I chose to leave the mount a 2 sider, for its ultimate purpose, to be an accurate shooter- sure it would look cooool with one side open to see the infinity text, but what can ya do?

Wow, that's pretty sweet. How long is the slide with the compensator on? It almost looks like it's 7" long.

How does the flat trigger compare to a traditional curved trigger? Thanks for sharing

The barrel is 5", and the comp is almost 2.5" on top of that, so yeah, it's long.

If you've never tried a flat trigger- do it. Like right now. Today.
You get so much more feel out of the thing. You can control a 12 ounce trigger if it's flat- most people have trouble with a trig that light cause they do it w/ curved blade. Curved spreads the pressure out all over you finger tip- even to areas of your finger that are not especially sensitive, so you get "surprises".

The combination of the tri-glide trigger sys, the CS UM sear and Koenig LM hammer is the best set-up I've ever used. You'll see it on almost every 1911 or 2011 I do.

There's more... My favorite was the very bottom race gun- was the most challenging to build.
