    Crossbreed supertuck.

Got a left handed supertuck for my XD .40. Have to say, wearing it at 5 o'clock, it's very comfortable. Even though the service is a big enough gun, with a losse tee shirt you could not really tell I am wearing it.

Plan on getting my AZ ltc and spending 6 months with work in AZ, got it on eBay for $30 delivered. Didn't want to plunge for a new one incase it didn't work out.

    Anyhow, just my 0.02c.

Comfort and concealment are fantastic. Don't like how the holster creeps backwards along the belt throughout the day as it is worn. I've got a CCC shaggy on order, if it doesn't work out, i'll try a VM2.

So far I have just worn it about the house. The weight of the gun is going to be an issue. Might look at a Glock 36 or XD sub-compact.

What kind of belt are you using?

Just a standard 1.5 inch leather belt. Is there sepecific gun belts?

Do the clips metal and have the Cross embossed in them? If not it is just another knock off. There are tons of knock offs out there. I love my cross breed. Cant imagine ever going back to any of the dozens of other holsters I have tried.

I tried one out and it was VERY comfortable but it made my arse sweat and was a pain to take on and off. I went back to kydex IWB's. My boxer's would be soaked under the leather during the summer. If you think the crossbreed is good at concealing, you have to try Rocketmans IWB's at rmholsters.com, I own 4.

Yes, both of them have the cross on them.

I'll give them a look. Thanks.

So after a bit of research I do not have the j-clips I thought I had, they seem tone the standard belt clips. Would the j or clips be better?

Good choice, my crossbreed supertuck came a couple days ago and I've also been wearing it around the house to break it in. It hides a full-size 1911 very well at the 4-5 o'clock position.

Did I read this right? You're left handed and have a left handed IWB holster, and have it at the 5:00 position on your right rear side?

I'd expect around the 7:00 position for left handers, unless you have really long arms and like to reach around your back like that.

I'm probably one of the few people out there that don't think the CrossBreed SuperTuck holsters feel good or conceal the gun that well. But then it's probably my body type that won't allow for it, and appendix carry is much better for me.

I'm wondering if he reaches differently for his pistol with his right hand, like having his palm facing out.

Or he wears it at the 7 but the way 5 is referred to so commonly amongst the right handed shooters he just called it 5 since it's in the same spot just on the opposite side.
