    Bretta px4 storm????

Saw this gun at my local shop had a decent price tag, felt good. Anyone own this gun, or shoot it, did you like it? I'm a re-loader you think this pistol will be lead load friendly?

Get it. You will not regret. Excellent ergonomics, beautiful Italian quality and very accurate. I owned one in .40 S&W.

Eh not a big fan of my storm 9mm. Just to small of a grip for me, also had about 10 or so fte's and that was with american eagel ammo. I've only put about 300 rounds through mine. Contemplating selling mine. I shoot my 92fs way more. Just not a fan of mine.

When I first bought the .40(my first hand gun), it was pretty sensitive to limp-wristing. Few thousand rounds later and I'm still loving it. It's accurate as hell and very easy to control. The rotating barrel makes the recoil of the .40 feel like a 9mm out of a similar sized gun.

I have one in 9mm and I reload. I've never used unjacketed lead bullets bullets but I'm sure it's fine. May just be needing more cleaning. I really like mine. No issues whatsoever and I'm a few thousand rounds into mine. It has interchangeable backstraps so unless you have monster hands there should be a good size for you.

I picked up my .40 from a fellow CalGunner and have put just over 1000 rounds through it and I just love it. It feels perfect in my hand and is very accurate. When I go to the range I don't want to take all of my guns(to much cleaning) but the PX4 is always one that I take

I love my Px4, it runs like a sewing machine. Mine also works perfectly with a Surefire x300 mounted to it. The magazines for CA are a tad bit pricey though, and the Beretta Px4 does not have much in aftermarket parts so if something breaks it has to go back to the manufacturer.

Yeah, I'm very familiar with the 92 model, been looking at this pistol for awhile. Thinking of going 45 full size. I do reload and use lead bullets the warranty for Brettea is a joke though... One year limited with an extended two years if you register the weApon with the website. Maybe I'm just spoiled because I'm use to Glock and Smith &Wesson warranties. Owned a Glock for 5 years had a minor issue sent the gun in they replaced the fram and barrel free of charge. S&W took my rifle fixed the tigger sent me two extra mags for my troubles!

When I first started reloading lead a few years back a guy told me that it was ok to shoot lead out of my Glock barrel. Figure he's been shooting longer than me makes sense I'll just clean the barrel extra good... Jacked my stock barrel all up... Glock was nice enough to replace my barrel free of charge but still. Warranty for Bretta doesn't seem as "nice" as Glock was and since there isn't too many after market parts I'd be stuck with a price of the factor part!

If feels super nice in the hand like the tigger, haven't actually shot it. Got decent reviews online, everything sounds good. Im sure like all guns it will have a break in period, but sounds like a good gun. Really not a fan of the Bretta warranty. I'm use to a life time not limited three year warranty. I know I'll shoot my reloads, and will want to fire my lead loads if safe to do so, just don't want to tear up the barrel because it appears like after market parts aren't an option with this pistol. That means stock parts will be pricey!

                      I love my PX4 in .40 S&W.

Rent one if you can first.

If it fits you and you like it, then I would highly recommend.

Ask ArmyMedicMoose. He recently showed me a target from 21 yards that the hole looked my Mickey Mouse. He'll know how well it eats lead too.

It's a good gun. easy to take apart and clean. Just like a glock.
