I was told i could not purchase the XDM 9mm in California so Is there any way to legally buy one? {HELP}

2. Have a LEO friend?
3. Table Rock Arms sells single shot conversions that u can have drossed legally.

I believe EBRWorks has one for sale in the Classifieds, including the SSE kit. Do a search.

EBRWorks posted a thread under Commercial Sales advertising the SA 4.5 9MM, with a SSE. Michael from EBR was helpful and very courteous.
