    In state FFL transfer

I have a friend that recently went to a gun store in Sacramento and purchased a Glock 21. My friend lives in Contra Costa County and wants to know if he can have his glock transferred to a local FFL. His paperwork is already in process and he has 5 more days to pick it up. Is it possible to have an in state transfer at this time?

No, 'fraid not. He'll need to go back to Sacramento.

Any problems, etc. from DOJ would be communicated back to the dealer who submitted the DROS; there's no mechanism to change that.

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!

Thanks, I told him to wait but he bought the glock on impulse.
