A quick question on PPT

I sold (PPT) a gun yesterday.

All that was required of me was a valid CDL with my current address.

All that's required is a valid CA drivers license. Some newer shops may require a registration card just to be safe.

Oh...ok. All you need to sell is a CDL. Buyers need a CDL and Car Registration with the same address. (for instance)

In my experience, just your driver's license with current address. Couldn't hurt to bring everything mentioned above.

I haven’t done one in a while and the last one was a consignment done at a shop.
What does the selling party need to bring besides the handgun?
I know what I need and am going to met the seller this weekend at said Gun Store.

Correct that's what I noted, but some new shops ask for both due to the tighter over site from the doj and ATF and they just choose to be above and beyond the requirement. I bring both just in case so I don't have to argue if they ask for both.
