HP .40 S&W conversion to 9mm

Anybody convert their Browning HP in .40 S&W to fire the 9mm round using Bar-Sto's 9mm conversion barrel? Like the idea of one pistol firing two different calibers. Aside from the barrel and magazine swap out, does the recoil spring need to be changed too? Any manufacturer other than Bar-Sto make a conversion bbl?

I have one on mine and it's been working flawlessly using the factory recoil spring (20#) as the lighter spring gave me problems. So far, I've shot CCI Blazers and a box of Silvertips with no hiccups using the 20# factory spring.

I still feel that Barsto makes a much better quality barrel for about $50 more, but it looks like they will take 16 to 20 weeks production time.

Thanks for the link and good report on the EFK conversion bbl. Looks like it is about 25% less than the Bar-Sto as well. Appreciate the info.
