Is there a noticeable difference in trigger pull with Colt 80 series vs 70?

Difference, yes, more take up in a series 80. Noticeable, maybe. If you are use to a glock, no. -
You can get a 80 to feel like a 70 series trigger but some people still prefer the 70. The slide has to be cut to fit the low profile sights. Novak does make some that sit above it so there is minimal cutting of the slide but they sit taller on the gun.
