Chrome Sig GSR Question

Hello all, I was wondering if you can give me a ball park price on a Sig GSR. It's chrome and comes with the original case and two factory mags.

A client wants to trade it to me and I need to know a range so I can make sure it's a fair trade. It's very clean and he is the original owner with only a few hundred rounds put through it.

I don't believe the Sig GSR ever came in chrome. I'd be very wary of an early GSR as they had some function problems

i'm guessing the OP means stainless... I'd value it at around $750 if it is the base GSR in perfect condition.

Mostly out of spec frames. Their original supplier wasn't used to holding the tolerances normally expected of production runs...they are used to having smiths fit the parts...so production specs varied between batches.

I think it falls back on their 1911 guy who lacked production experience and chose the supplier in the first place
