Value Question...HK USPc

OK, I have a question. Moderators, my apologies if this is in the wrong place.

I have a HK, USP Comp. in .40 S&W. It's DA/SA, blued, night sights, and one 10-round mag. No Box/Papers, but it comes with a zip up case. Condition is excellent.

I was wondering what it's worth?

Any ideas out there...Thanks for any guidance...

$700-750 max maybe? with the night sights. What date code is it?

Realistically around $600-650. Its used, with only 1 mag, no box/manual.
New, it can be had for $800 with 2 mags/box/manual/warranty.
