Need help with Mk III 22/45

I've owned this pistol for 3+ years now and have never had a problem with it. I've become very comfortable taking it down and re-assembling it. Last night I broke it down and put it back together and went to function test it and it didn't work. I thought maybe I didn't get the hammer link into the spring cup correctly. Took a while to disassemble it but got it apart and reassembled it correctly. Still didn't work. Took it apart again and reassembled just the lower to see if I could figure out what the hang up was. The sear is having problems releasing the hammer. If I get in there with a small screwdriver and help release the sear, it'll function correctly after that. But once I remove the takedown lever/hammer spring and reassemble it, the sear locks up again. Releasing it with a screwdriver gets everything functioning again. Any ideas what I should do or look for?

I did disassemble the lower not realizing what a pain it is to put back together. Didn't see any broken or abnormally worn parts. Maybe I'll break it down again tonight and snap some pics.

Looks like the mag disconnect is hanging up the hammer and the transfer bar. Just ordered a Mk II bushing to remove that useless piece of CA legislated BS. Got my fingers crossed that's the problem.

I swapped mine out with the Clark/Ruger MKI / MKII Sear Pin and Hammer Bushing Kit ($20). The mag disco safety is PIA when take down for cleaning. Mags also dropped freely after the disco was removed.
