    Bringing guns into CA

    A family member of mine moved into CA a couple of years ago, but left all his handguns in his home state. He wants them back now, but the 60 days has passed. How should he get them into the state, legally?

      The 60 day time period starts when the handguns enter CA, not when the person establishes CA residency.
