    Beretta 92fs

Ok so I have a quick question regarding the beretta 92fs. To my understanding production of the 92 9mm in stainless was stopped years ago. I am looking to pick one up and I am finding quite a few new one's on the market. I would like a factory new as opposed to used but am curious if these beretta's were picked up years ago and being sold now or what the deal is. I didn't think you could buy a new one anymore. Oh and I'm talking about the Italian inox version not the US made version with less stainless on it. Any help would be great thanks!

The laws that forbid the carrying of arms are laws of such a nature. They disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes.... Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man." - Thomas Jefferson (quoting 18th century criminologist Cesare Beccaria)"

They were announced as being discontinued a while back, but they are indeed back and have been for a little while
