No CZ 75 9mm's...really?

All set to buy, passed my test 100%. Local shop said there where over a dozen B-SA's available on Friday. I shoulda jumped on one I guess.
Yesterday came with cash, all gone.
I've asked around and everyone says non/zero/zilch on the 9mm...

Anyone have an idea what's up?

Supply and demand. Huge spike in demand over the last year or so compared to before. I see price increases in the future now that CZ has some more market share, Ive already seen prices rising slowly.

I am lost....

Are we talking about OFF-ROSTER guns?
Or are there hard to get CZ models in general? ( I would like to know which ones? )

Some are much harder to find. The 75Bs, phantoms, and a few are still easy to find outside of CA, 75bs are still semi easy to find in CA, the SA's are getting harder.

SP01s, sp01 tacticals, p01s etc are getting harder to find everywhere. Not saying impossible, but more difficult.

You'll find your cz75b those are everywhere, although the newer cz's (sp01, p06, etc) will be the hardest to find. Aside from online, I don't think I've ever seen one of the newer cz's in stock at any of the local gun shops.

I was set on a 75 Compact last month. Non available according to my local dealer.
ONLY 9mm roster available was the B-SA. So I've settled for that.
Now evidently those are all gone. Note, I'd rather buy locally to support the shops, as well as avoid a $75-$100 transfer fee.

the SA is a great gun, and very easy to convert to DA/SA. The beavertail is awesome, to the point I wouldnt even consider buying a standard 75B anymore.

There was one in SP-01 San Diego I saw, but I'm not willing to drive down there twice.
Point is, I've contacted three SoCal dealers and the all say the same thing.
In two days all the 9mms are gone.
Tuff luck for me I guess...if I want something I guess I need to buy from Bud's or the like and pay the extra premium to the loacla guy.
Never thought it would be so hard to find what I want...
