What do you wanna engrave? I know someone in your area that does laser engravings on everything. They even did some engravings for the CHP. PM if you're interested.

One of the finest engravers alive today. Click the link. The most amazing thing is that he lives in the SFV.

Does anybody do any pattern other than Victorian paisley? It would be nice to have something somewhat different.

I had this Colt 1903 engraved a few years ago by Wayne D'Angelo

Wayne is a former Chief Engraver for S&W, current contract engraver for COLT M.F.G and NUTMEG SPORTS , private clients and collectors.

I agree with you on his one. Don't know what else looks good.

What is Victorian paisley? Might need to educate yourself in engraving styles.
The Colt above in American Scroll. What are you looking for, modern tribal?

                      Forgot the sarcasm smiley.

Just wondering if there was anything different from what I normally find on silverware. It is American classic, and I don't want to go all hip or anything, but it seems like there is scroll and not much else. Couldn't there be a market for something different?

What type of engraving are you trying to get? just a few words engraved on a slide or something super detailed like the 1903 up there?

So, nobody has given any prices yet.
I'm really curious to hear a real cost figure.
