Ok so I bought a Springfield TRP from buds, then they call me and tellm e its not on the roster....WTF!!!!

Half Rail is not on the roster, they are right.

Get either a non-rail or full rail.

The one on the list is the "PC9105LCA (Ambi Safety)" the one you purchased is the "PC9105LP"

Are they the same gun? Nearly. Is the model number Bud uses from the factory the same as the one on the DOJ roster? It would appear not.

I have even seen people post the pic of the label on the box " not legal in california"

I though it was just an issue of a "package" vs just the gun itself......

Its not on the list, so they are correct as far as that goes.

My issue is that even if you planned on a SSE they will not send it to CA or even an out of state 3rd party for SSE. I don't buy from Buds anymore due to this policy.

All the P designates is Package. Meaning it comes with the holster and mag holders
