LoneWolf is fine, but so is KKM, Barsto and Jarvis.

I have a LW 40-9 for my G23 and it has been an excellent conversion barrel.

if you reload lead alot, get an aftermarket barrel.
if not, just buy the regular glock barrel.
fyi:i've used lonewolf and barsto. the point of impact changes depending on what barrel i use.

I've had bad luck with Lone Wolf conversion barrels...a lot of jams.

Just get an OEM Glock 23 barrel, is what I recommend.

I have LWD in my 17 and 23 but I also have KKM and Storm Lake in a 17, 34, and 19. No problems whatsoever in any of them. No compromise in reliability and all more accurate than I.

Same here. Jam-O-Matic with the G21 barrel using Miwall reloads. Almost every 3 rounds or so....

My brother bought a lone wolf barrel for a glock 35 and the chamber was really tight. He had it throghted to get it to function 100%. We have since been buying KKM barrels and haven't had any problems.

The chambers are short so the shooter can finish ream it to his particular load.

While I have no problem with my LFD 40-9 conversion barrel (for over 3k rounds). But for 357sig - 40s&w, I'll stick with OEM Glock barrel. It's really not much price different. Think about it, it's just 2 boxes or so ammo. And you can avoid that tacky wolf logo and none matching barrel color.

You can get a LW barrel without the logo.

Some people have problems with the LW barrels being a bit on the tight side.

If you know someone who can ream it then it isn't a problem.

I always ran KKM in my glocks and never had any issues with being tight. The lock up was tighter than factory but not much (for the drop in KKM).

I use KKM in my glocks because I shoot lots of Moly lead. I shot lots of lead through my oem barrel but had to clean more frequently.

OEM all the way OP. Unless you reload alot there's no need to go with a aftermarket. Its more consistent that way and more reliable in the long run.

I had to dremil my Lone Wolf barrel I got for my Glock 29. It was jamming with the slide all the way to the rear when firing. I figured out what the problem was, fixed it, and now it runs great. Now I got a Glock 29 with an extended ported barrel that can shoot unjacketed ammo all day, very happy.

The OP wants a conversion barrel. I don't think there are OEM ones. Also, if you want to shoot unjacketed ammo you are not supposed to do that in the OEM Glock barrels, due to the rifling they use. So there's plenty of need.
