I was reading up on the flowchart for handguns & was going through each requirement listed. Just for the discussion purposes,
Does the firearm have a threaded barrel- a muzzle brake can be welded like the Walther P-22 pistol
second hand grip- none
barrel shroud- is a hand guard considered one? I've seen AR pistols without it.
detachable magazine outside the pistol grip- If we use the Hammerhead grip (which the CA DOJ said is not a pistol grip) where would the argument go?
Any thoughts?
