Glock 23 gen 3 & 4 recoil spring switch?

I wonder would it be possible to install the gen 4 double spring into a gen 3 ? To help with a little better recoil / muzzle jump.

You can put a Gen3 spring in the Gen4 gun Glock store sells a small ring to adapt the prev Gen spring ... they also sell a heavy tungsten guid rod that works great for reducing muzzle flip .I have this Tungsten heavy Stainless Steel guide rod in all my Glock Gen3's and its awesome ruduces muzzle flip very well.here is a link to the it also has reviews from other people who have purchased this item http://glockstore.com/pgroup_descrip...Guide+Rod/?ret
