SA XD ?

Why don't I see any info on SA's site about the XD9? Is it because it's an older model that they aren't producing anymore? Is the XDM just the new model of it? Is there anything wrong with just getting an XD rather than the newer XDM?

The XD is a good pislol it is still in production.Check the site again navigate to select model specs.

I like the trigger better on the XDM and it has a "match" barrel for what it's worth- it may not make a lot of difference. But XDMs they are not as easy to come by since they are not on the roster. At least you won't find them in the gun case at most of your local stores. You will see them in the for sale section periodically however. If you can, try to shoot each before buying.

XDM = XD Match, supposed to have better barrel and trigger. I haven't shot a stock XDM but I like the feel of it much more than my regular XD.
