Well, if it's not on the roster, not over 50 years old, and not a single-action revolver with a barrel over 6" long, I don't see how it can be mail-ordered to CA by a mere mortal i.e. someone who's not a LEO, or doesn't get it through an intrafamilial transfer).DiaHero Foundation - helping people manage diabetes. Great - just what California needed - another cheap 38 snubbie... Seems like Bersa might face a great deal of competition from the zillions of used snubbies on the market.
