    colt government rea sight adjustment

my colt mk iv government shoots right about 3 inches. it appears to have a pressed fit and fixed rear sight. am i to believe that the only way to adjust this would be to move it with a drift punch to the left?

    Punch or sight pusher yes.

To find out how much to move it you can use this calculator if you know the answers:http://www.sdmfabricating.com/sightcalc.html
