    Blank *ammo?

I was wondering if anyone knows where to buy "Blank" ammo in 9mm?
I found a few websites who sell blank firing ammo for "Blank firing" guns but wasnt sure if they can be used with *real guns, any clue?

even more fun than blank ammo is homemade training ammo...buy some reusable plastic bullets and stick in a primed case...they don't cycle, but they sure are fun around the house (disclaimer...DO NOT mix them with live ammo, that would be all bad)...it's much fun, informational, and a great learning experience to clear a house with some roll your own training ammo, get some shooting buddies and make it a group activity

Blank 9mm ammo will fire just fine in your semi-auto. You will have to rack the slide after every shot. If the blanks are too short, some pistols may have a tough time feeding them on the ramp. They are good for scaring dogs away and other animals.

I don't live in a city, I live on a few acres...but with my primered cases and plastic bullets it doesn't make much of a noise, seems less than a .22 to me...so I guess it depends on the area you're using them in...inside a house you can barely hear it outside if there's a couple walls in between

If you load your own rounds you can buy hardened rubber bullets in just about every caliber. If you own a shotgun 12 or 20 gauge, you can buy ammo of various variety. Bean bag, rubber shot, but there is NO SUCH THING AS NON-LETHAL AMMO.There is only LESS LETHAL. Dont get confused, rubber bullets can and have killed people. Please refrain from using that term as it can be misleading to others.

Since you don't have a real purpose for using blanks... Take some deep breaths and chill for a while before terrorizing your neighborhood with blanks.
So um... moon labia or something.

"rubber bullets" hurt...like hell...like so much that you don't wanna get up for about an hour afterwards...

IMO I would much rather be pepper sprayed than hit with a rubber projectile, but I would pick rubber over a good dose of pepper gel...

FWIW, the primed case and plastic bullet is less than less than lethal as the plastic is too light to really hurt, and the primed case doesn't send it very fast as you can see it flying through the air, they don't don't even leave a bruise unless you hit the forehead
