were you able to push it from the front of the pin back, resetting it?

That sounded like such a good idea. After reading that I grabbed one of those thicker paper clips, and tried to push it back to where it belongs. Didn't budge. With the block depressed, its easily moved forward, just not back.

Still might just be the retaining pin broke and jammed the firing pin in there.

Well got the punch and knocked it open, its exactly what you said, broken retaining pin. The firing pin looks perfect. Man your good lol

Any idea where to get a new retaining pin?

CZ custom, sometimes your local hardware store carries them.

If you dry fire a lot, I would consider the solid pin available from Cajun gun works.

*edit* Davids site is down right now, but it wasnt available through his site yet either way, PM me and I can give you his contact info. I think he was charging like 8 bucks for it.
