    Glockzilla: the oober 10mm

After two years of smithing and waiting... I give you Glockzilla.

    Glock 20sf frame
    TruGlo sights
Ghost trigger (by Diablo Valley Gun Works)
Lone Wolf solid 10mm slide (with black oxide)
Lone Wolf custom recoil rod and spring set
Bar-Sto oober custom made and fit ~7" 10mm black barrel

Next I will be hand loading rounds for max velocities of 135gr, 180gr, and 200gr (accepting donations in the form of bullets and new brass)

Please post when you get back. I have a G20 but plan to leave it mostly stock. However, been thinking about putting a longer barrel on my 9mm so quite interested to know about any improvement from it.

PS Your gun looks beautiful! Well done!

Nice gun. Good to see more 10mm fans out there. Ive got a 1911 10mm and its my favorite gun. Next 10mm will be a glock

Very nice. I usually hate the look of custom Glocks but this one is done very tastefully.

I really dislike the Lone Wolf serrations, they should be thicker and more like Glocks. Their really thin ones just make it look a bit wimpy to me. That black oxide matte black is really nice.

Congrats, that is one nice beast. Wonder what kind of velocity youre going to squeeze out of that barrel.

That is bad***** my friend. If you don't already have it, you'll need a 22# ISMI Spring for that beast. Works perfect with my HOT handloads, and even with my weakest load (180gr JHP/5.3gr W231/950fps/6" barrel), it functions perfectly.

Make sure you work up slowly with those loads, the extra tube length holds the pressure longer. What works in my 6" barrel, may create too much pressure in your 7" barrel. You should be able to get around 100fps more than my loads with that barrel though. Longshot is my favorite powder for 10mm, but Blue Dot, Power Pistol, AA#9 & 800X are some other good powders to use.

Here's some of my G20LS load numbers for reference:
                  150gr Nosler JHP - 1500fps
                  180gr MG- 1400fps
                  200gr WFNGC - 1350fps
                  My 6" 9x25 Dillon barrel shoots 90gr XTP's @ 2100fps, and 124gr XTP's @ 1800fps.

                  Here's mine:

I would love to know what kind of numbers you get out of a chrono!

I have TruGlos on all my glocks. They really pop at night.

Dexter..wow...great looking weapon. I like that Barstow barrel...

I'am working up a Longslide....still haven't decided on my slide finish.

But I'am having fun with this project.

                            Be well, Bob

Had me right up the part with the forward serrations...

But still... the very first Glock that made me say "WOW!" That is VERY nice.
Never thought I'd say this about a Glock but... much want!

                              That is one bad*** weapon!
